Environmental approach
- Targeted certification : BREEAM International Refurbishment and Fit-out and BREEAM In Use – Level at an EXCELLENT level
- CFIE Charter : Each company must designate a Company Environmental Manager (CEM) to monitor the Environmental Assurance Plan (EAP) in collaboration with the Site Environmental Manager (SER).

- Waste is sorted into 7 categories in accordance with the CFIE charter : paper, metal, plastic, glass, textiles, wood, mineral fraction, plaster.
- Precise waste tracking with “Waste tracking slip”
- Recovery of all recoverable waste and specific management of toxic waste :
- Recyclable waste (plastic, cardboard, metal, wood)
- Inert waste (rubble, earth, cement)
- Non-recyclable waste (plaster, polystyrene)
- Toxic waste (asbestos, lead)

management
- Precise control and targets to reduce greenhouse gases
- Monthly monitoring of emissions (energy and fuel) : Monitoring tables displayed on site
- Reducing transport-related emissions Encouraging the use of bicycles (installation of bike racks)
- Reduction of consumption: Hydro-economy equipment and energy reduction systems installed
- Metering of water and electricity to detect overconsumption and leaks. Raising awareness through published environmental tables and training courses.
