THE BPM MONUMENTAL FRAME IS IN PLACE !

Redevco is delighted to announce that its collaboration with artist Jace has now been extended to the entire façade of the BPM building! With a total surface area of 2,500 sqm this immense work transforms the building into a veritable piece of art on Rue de Rivoli, offering exceptional visibility for the project and its values.

For REDEVCO France, which is accustomed to working with artists, urban art fits in perfectly with the real estate business. It conveys strong messages and reaches a wide audience. This collaboration with Jace is without doubt Redevco’s most ambitious and striking to date. It embodies the values and commitment that characterize the project’s unique and bold development.

Beyond its decorative role, this work tells a story, conveying positive and universal messages. Each little gouzou and each stroke of Jace’s brush reflects humanity, underlining Redevco’s commitment to creating spaces that resonate with everyone’s emotions and experiences. This human dimension makes the collaboration particularly special and symbolic of BPM’s (Beats Per Minute) vision.

Urban art, in the vibrant colors of BPM, is brought to the fore thanks to the union of REDEVCO France and Jace in a dynamic artistic collaboration at the heart of BPM. Renowned for his vibrantly colored works with powerful messages, Jace brings a positive energy to his creations, highlighting the themes of the environment and human relations. This socially committed art perfectly matches Redevco’s vision, which is to create a living space at the service of the community and the positive, sustainable evolution of tomorrow’s city.

Cécile Pouzadoux, Portfolio Director, and Vanessa Medioni, Marketing and Communications Director at Redevco France, explain the reasons behind their choice of this emblematic project.
