THE PROJECT
- Extending the building by raising and densifying it
- Complete the technical and architectural refurbishment

Creating an exemplary building in environmental terms,
with dual HQE and BREEAM certification. - The new building will eventually cover a total floor area of around 37,000 sqm, at a height of 40 m above the Parvis Michelet.
WHAT ARE THE
IMPACTS ON THE NEIGHBORHOOD ?
Overall impact will be limited, although some streets, such as Rue des Déchargeurs, will be temporarily affected. However, pedestrian traffic will be maintained as far as possible, and local shops will remain open during the works.

- Respect the EPADESA low-nuisance worksite charter.
- Respect the clean worksite charter of the HQE and BREEAM-certified project.
- Installation of measuring devices with automatic noise alarms
- 24/7 monitoring
- Use the EPADESA logistics zone to manage and regulate waste disposal
- Use noise-reducing equipment wherever technically possible
- Keep site accesses clean
- Limiting dust generated during work
